NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, on the 5th day of June A D, 2014, in the cause wherein Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, was plaintiff and Trinity Corner, LLC, was defendant(s), being Case No. 13-CA-011861 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named Defendant(s), Trinity Corner, LLC in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
That part of the East 330 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of section 9, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 9, run North 00 deg 54'59” West, 68.27 feet to a point on the North right of way line of Keystone Road (S.R. 582), the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the North right of way line of Keystone Road (S.R. 582) along the arc of a curve to the left, 101.31 feet, radius of 2934.78 feet, chord bearing North 88 degrees 32'49” West, chord distance of 101.31 feet; thence continue along said North right of way line South 00 degrees 40'30” West, 20.02 feet; thence continue along said North right of way line, North 89 degrees 28'25” West, 228.29 feet; thence North 00 degrees 51'08” West, a distance of 391.60 feet; thence South 89 degrees 28'25” East, a distance of 330.06 feet; thence South 00 degrees 51'39” East, a distance of 373.26 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
