Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 12-005266-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and SCOTT REED, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 17, BLOCK 3, EUCLID MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 123, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of January, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
