NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-14394-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. MTGLQ Investors, L.P., Plaintiff and JOSEPH C. BRUNELL SR., DECEASED; SHERRY L. YOUNG; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this November 10th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 322, Greendale Estates-Third Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 91, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065
