GALL; THE UNKNOWN SETTLORS/BENEFICIARIES OF THE PHILIPPI FAMILY LAND TRUST #5589-71 DATED 10/05/2006; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II, MANAGEMENT TRUST ASSOCIATES, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Corp, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE of the PHILIPPI FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST #5589-71 under the provisions of a trust agreement dated the 5th Day of October 2006, known as Trust #5589-71, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants,

NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 1st day of December, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lots 9 and 10, less the East 92 feet, Block 38, PINELLAS PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 91 and 92, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly part.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
