NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522012CA004019XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-25, is the Plaintiff and Julia Cudina and Rene Sosa are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Electronically, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, DIXIELAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
