NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 13, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-011264-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, and, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CLUSTER HOMES IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION UNIT ; EASTLAKE WOODLANDS CLUSTER HOMES IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION UNIT ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS AS NOMINEE FOR ; GREG REDERICK; MICHELLE M. REDERICK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on November 4, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CLUSTER HOMES UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 70 THROUGH 73, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 40 ASTER PLACE, OLDSMAR, FLORIDA 34677
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
