NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 14th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-014616-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER S. PERALTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER S. PERALTA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA; SOUTHCHASE PARCEL 6 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTHCHASE PARCELS 1 AND 6 MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; WETHERBEE ROAD ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 268, SOUTHCHASE UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 32 AND 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
