NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-026339-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CWABS ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES TRUST 2006-BC4, is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DAVID MCKAY, A/K/A DAVID MICHAEL MCKAY (DECEASED), et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 45 FEET OF LOT 40, SURREY RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 58 AND 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
