NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2009, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff, and OSNIEL CARVAJAL, et al., are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situated in Orange County to the highest and best bidder for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com , on November 20, 2014, at 11:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 15, Building 18, WALDEN PALMS CONDOMINIUM, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8444, Pages 2553, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
And commonly known as 4708 Walden Circle, Unit #1815, Orlando, FL 32811, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
