DURAN; SONIA E. DURAN; HELEN C. PEREZ A/K/A HELEN PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELEN C. PEREZ A/K/A HELEN PEREZ N/K/A ALEXIS CANO; MICHAEL J. DURAN, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE THE M&S LAND TRUST”; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MIGUEL UTERAS are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/07/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
