NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 18th day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010999 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-15 is Plaintiff and SHELLEY WALKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHELLEY WALKER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 20th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, SHADOWRIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 90 AND 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
