NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 16t day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-026856-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JUAN SANTIAGO; CAPFA CAPITAL CORP 2000F D/B/A KNIGHT'S KROSSING, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO COLLEGE PARK-KNIGHT'S CROSSING, BY ITS AGENT, COLLEGE PARK MANAGEMENT, INC F/K/A GMH MANAGEMENT, INC; HARBOR LAKES AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ELIZABETH CALERO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of November, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 167, HARBOR LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, AT PAGES 77-80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
