NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2014-CA-004273-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; GERALDINE D. DELZINGARO A/K/A GERALDINE D. DELZINGARO COLDUVELL A/K/A GERALDINE MATHES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 18th day of November, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, PARK MANOR ESTATES SECTION 6, 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
