NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Oct. 14, 2014, and entered in 11001873CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B, is the Plaintiff and GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK F/K/A GE MONEY BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ; UNKNOWN TENANT ; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GEORGE O. MILLER, SR., DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on Dec. 8, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 2, LAKEWOOD SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, at Page 23, OF THE Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
