NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-000287 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Deutsche Alt-A Securities, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and Gail Comeau, John J. Comeau, CitiBank National Association, successor by merger to Citibank Federal Savings Bank, The Unknown Spouse of John J. Comeau, The Unknown Spouse of Gail Comeau, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 4 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
