NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Sale dated September 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-003347 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 17 day of November, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF TRACT 4, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY , FLORIDA.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING FROM THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF TRACT 4, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
