NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-007837 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PAULA ORTEGA A/K/A PAULA Y. ORTEGA A/K/A PAULA YOLANDA ORTEGA; YANETSIS OQUENDO; TAHIMI LLANO; IVAN R MARTINEZ; SHERWOOD III, INC.; SHERWOOD PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 12 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 202, BUILDING 32, SHERWOOD III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2820, PAGES 2627 THROUGH 2727, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
