Bank National Association, As Indenture Trustee For Homebanc Mortgage Trust 2005-4, Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and Robert J. Kapish, Jr., Fifth Third Bank (South Florida), Unknown Spouse Of Robert J. Kapish Jr, Unknown Tenant, Valencia Lakes At Orangetree Homeowners' Association, Inc.,are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 17 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
