NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-006802-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FR4, is the Plaintiff and Orlando F. Torres a/k/a F. Orlando Torrez a/k/a F. Orlando Torres, Caridad Torres a/k/a Caridad Torrez, Collier County, Florida, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 125, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
