NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003266, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JORGE SANCHEZ A/K/A JORGE L. SANCHEZ MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A. NAPLES KEEP CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC HARRIS N A UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE SANCHEZ A/K/A JORGE L. SANCHEZ N/K/A JORGE L. SANCHEZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 12 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 202, NAPLES KEEP, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1388, PAGE 2246, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
