NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2014, and entered in 1203800CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein LNV CORPORATION , is the Plaintiff and JANYCE
LEE; ROBERT LEE; VERONA WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WINDING CYPRESS MASTER PROPERTY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL, at 11:00 AM, on November 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1250, VERONA WALK, PHASE 3B, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 5 THROUGH 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
