NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003921 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWMBS, Inc. CHL Mortgage Pass-through Trust 2006-OA5, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-OA5 is the Plaintiff and Rosarion Simeus; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender Min No. 1000157-0006404564-0; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; CACH, LLC; Immacula Simeus; Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the November 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 150' OF TRACT 29, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 45, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
