NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010979 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and CHERY LYN APKING A/K/A CHERYLYN M. APKING, et al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 13 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4202, BUILDING 4, PHASE 4, VANDERBILT PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3624, PAGES 2761, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
