NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 8, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-003313 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida , the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13 day of November, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 150 feet of Tract 98, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 5, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages(s) 91 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
