NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002715 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FM1, is Plaintiff and Odalys Garcia, Ulises Montejo, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment and Loan, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 13 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 25, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 91, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
