YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to an Ex Parte Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the cause is pending under docket number 13-2143-CA, the Honorable Dwight E.
Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will offer for sale at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lobby, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex Building of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Collier County, Florida, on the 13 day of November, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., the following real property:
Units 4 and 5, Everglade City Club Restaurant and Marina, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 735 at Pages 427 to 486, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. This is non homestead property.
The real property or its address is commonly known as 102 Collier Ave., Everglades City, FL 34139.
