NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Default Final Judgment dated OCTOBER 20, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CC-1142 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit In and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at The Lobby on the 3rd Flr of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trl E, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the November 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 402, Building No. 4 of South Bay Plantation, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements appurtenant thereto, if any, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 3908, Page 2102, et seq., Public Records of Collier, County, Florida, and as amended
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale. if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
