NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 7, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-007388 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE RALI 2006-QS6 is the Plaintiff and FRED T. FLIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRED T. FLIS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
