NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-004438 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MANA SERIES 2007-A1 is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS E. RUHL A/K/A DOUGLAS EUGENE RUHL FAIRWAY VILLAGE OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FKA MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT TB ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. CONSTANCE E. RUHL A/K/A CONSTANCE ELAINE RUHL; TB ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, FAIRWAY VILLAGE, PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
