NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 06, 2014, and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-006944 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and BRENDA R. GUGGER; ROY S. GUGGER; TRIANO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENADANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 12th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1908, TRIANO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2004193068, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 19, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
