Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 2013 CA 004852 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ROYCE SWEESY , et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 12, BLOCK G, CORRECTED AND AMENDED PLAT OF THE REVISED PLAT OF EAST GATE TERRACE AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 1st day of December, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
