NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-004143-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, S/B/M CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, S/B/M TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION1, (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered), is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA J. FOUTS A/K/A CYNTHIA J. COOK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1 N/K/A CYNTHIA FOOTS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
