NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6 October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004981-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Edward Knapp, Franklin Broadmoore, Inc., Gail Lewis, as Trustee of the EGR Mortgage Trust, Patricia Knapp, Tenant #1 n/k/a Kimberly Ross, Tenant #2 n/k/a Rose Akin, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Gordon W. Holmen a/k/a Gordon William Holmen, deceased, Lorraine Nelson Holmen, as an Heir of the Estate of Gordon W. Holmen AKA Gordon William Holmen, deceased, William James Holmen, as an Heir of the Estate of Gordon W. Holmen AKA Gordon William Holmen, deceased are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 12th of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
