NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 008393 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and IRIS E. MARTINSEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 938, 2ND REPLAT OF 15TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 3, 3A-3C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
