NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001468-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Citibank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Asset-Backed Certificates WaMu Series 2007-HE3, Plaintiff and Donnie R. Boyd a/k/a Donnie Boyd and Katherine D. Boyd a/k/a Katherine Boyd are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on November 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 7, PALMER FARMS, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 27°00'08” WEST, ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF GERRY ROAD (50 FEET WIDE), 1151.08 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 27°00'08” WEST, ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY, 776.15 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 14°30'00” WEST, ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SAID GERRY ROAD, 200.00 FEET; THENCE EAST 262.60 FEET TO THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF A 52 FOOT DRAINAGE CANAL RIGHT-OF-WAY, SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF PALMER FARMS, UNIT 3; THENCE NORTHERLY AND NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY, 835.94 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH 57°06'30” WEST, 277.70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
BEING A PART OF LOTS 4, 5 AND 6, BLOCK 7, PALMER FARMS, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
