NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002171 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and BILLY J GILLEY; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; THERESA A. GILLEY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 277, 1ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISOIN, A SUBDIVISOIN ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 29, 29A-29J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
