NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated August 20, 2012, as amended by the order rescheduling sale entered on September 30, 2014, in Case No. 2012-CA-003680-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and DAE H. LEE; IBERIABANK, A LOUISIANA BANKING CORPORATION, AS ASSIGNEE OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR CENTURY BANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, PURSUANT TO THAT CERTAIN PURCHASE AND ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 13, 2009; RENAISSANCE I ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; ROSEMARY PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., A NON PROFIT CORPORATION FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE RENAISSANCE OF SARASOTA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the HON.
