Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC., a Delaware Limited Liability Company, Plaintiff, and DAVID DUQUE NAVARRO, an individual; MARTHA FORERO, an individual; PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation; LAGUNA LAKES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, a Florida entity; and JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants I, Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 9th day of February, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 205, Building M, Pebble Beach at Laguna Lakes, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4211, page 4187, and all amendments thereto recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
