Final Judgment was awarded on 16 day of October, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-053839, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-SD3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN CASSIDY; RICHARD M. CASSIDY; ISLAND PARK VILLAGE SECTION V, PART I, CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 17 day of November, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 175 OF ISLAND PARK VILLAGE, SECTION V, PART I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2015, PAGE 3184, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
