NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-050502 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Raymond Harland Bunton a/k/a Raymond H. Buntona/k/a Raymond Bunton and Sherri Lynn Bunton a/k/a Sherri Lynn Ellis a/k/a Sherri L. Bunton a/k/a Sherri L. Ellis a/k/a Sherri Bunton a/k/a Sherri Ellis, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
