NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to Final Judgment filed on the 20 day of October, 2014, in Civil Action No. 13-CA-053357, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which, CUMBERLAND ENTERPRISES, LLC, TERRAPIN STATION ENTERPRISES, LLC, JENNIFER A SNOW, JOHN M. SNOW, SKY HIGH BACKGROUNDS, INC, LIGHTTOOLS, INC., STEPHEN E. PILBY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA on behalf of THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, FEDEX TECHCONNECT, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT#2, are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, is the Plaintiff, Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 19 day of November, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
