NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-053596 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-18, is the Plaintiff and JOSHUA A. BURNSIDE and JESSICA L. BURNSIDE, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 19 day of November, 2014, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 AND 10, BLOCK K, SAN CARLOS PARK SOUTHWEST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 9 THROUGH 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
