Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 13-CA-053594, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CLARA R. PETROSKY; E. PETROSKY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN TENANT 3, UNKNOWN TENANT 4 are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 17 day of November, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 42 AND 43, BLOCK 5655, UNIT 85, CAPE CORAL, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 47 TO 58 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
