NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-003134-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Mark E. Rostel a/k/a Mark Rostel are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
TRACT 18 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SHADY ACRES HOMEOWNERS IN SECTION 22. TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SW CORNER OF SAID SECTION 22, RUN THENCE S 89°59'18” E. 2195.46 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN N 04°50'32” W. 940.0 FEET; THENCE N 89°23'06” E., 595.80 FEET; THENCE S 10°00'27” W., 957.68 FEET; THENCE N 89°59'18” W. 350.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
