YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Pasco, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
LOTS 40, 41, 42, AND 43, BLOCK 180, MOON LAKE ESTATES, UNIT TEN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 128 - 131, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1996 NOBILITY, REGENCY MANOR, 40X52 MOBILE HOME, SERIAL NUMBERS N16207A, N16207B and N16207C.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, at least thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, On or before November 24, 2014. and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
