NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-000528-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-NH BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and GEORGE GARCIA, JR. A/K/A GEORGE GARCIA; JESSICA Y. DONEZ A/K/A JESSICA DONEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; CLERK OF COURT OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 19th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 197.33 FEET OF THE WEST 328.88 FEET OF THE SOUTH 331.12 FEET OF THE SW 1/4, OF THE SE 1/4, OF THE NW 1/4, OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE NORTH 180 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
