AND A PORTION OF PARCEL “A”, BEING A PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 4, TROPIC SHORES UNIT - 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR A POINT-OF-BEGINNING; THENCE DUE WEST 25 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID PARCEL “A”; THENCE DUE NORTH 75 FEET ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID PARCEL “A”; THENCE DUE EAST 25 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, TROPIC SHORES UNIT -2; THENCE DUE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4, 75 FEET TO THE POINT-OF-BEGINNING
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before November 24, 2014/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
