YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclosure a mortgage on the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
QUAIL HOLLOW VILLAGE UNIT 2 PHASE A PB 26 PG 11-15 LOT 93 OR 7613 PG 1743
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Lindsay Ruiz Bash, Esq., of the Law Office of Grant & Dozier, LLC, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 123 N. Apopka Avenue, Inverness, Florida 34450, on or before November 24, 2014, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise with the clerk of this court at either location of the Pasco County Courthouse, 30853 Live Oak Avenue, Dade City, Florida 33523, or 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, Florida 34654, either before service on the Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
