NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20th, 2013, and an order rescheduling sale dated, September 29th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-011182 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR15, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR15 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2006, is Plaintiff, and MAXINE WELCH-BIRGE, et al., are Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 18th day of November, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, ASHLEY LAKES PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
