NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 24 September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-003781 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, As Successor Trustee To Bank Of America, N.A., As Successor By Merger To Lasalle Bank, N.A., As Trustee For The Holders Of The MLMI Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE2, is the Plaintiff and Boyette Farms Homeownwers' Association, Inc., Deborah R. Muntner, Jason D. Muntner, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 13th of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
